Due to orange peel and unnecessary work being done we do not feel comfortable recommending their shop.

Paint match was excellent and all damage was repaired. There is a lot of orange peel on the paint and a lot of overspray on the hood and roof. We were charged for unnecessary items such as diagnostics for active parking assist which our vehicle doesn’t have, a post repair scan and a pre repair scan, removing and replacing the box which was not damaged.

I felt that I was pressured to give a perfect review. I was told by the service advisor that anything less than a “stellar“ review in which he received less than all perfect scores, would result in some type of reprimand or disciplinary action. I don’t believe that pressuring Caliber’ or customers is appropriate.
