First shop passed my repair to another shop because 1st shop yukon is not rear shop. 2nd shop OKC had my truck 4 days still not contact, I had to chase after them. 1st shop didn't send my repair notes to 2nd shop so they said. 2nd shop even had to get mobile sub contractor to do repair. I called to complain to 1st shop, service advisor was to call back but never did. Called back to talk to manager, but he was no help, they don't follow customer repair progress. Was told repair completed, went to pickup my truck. When arrived my truck very dirty didn't look like repair were ever made. Hal at 2nd shop did have repair verified by service technicians, according to him. I had a very horrible customer experience. Lost my trust, lost my belief your company is a real repair company. I will not recommend your company to anyone and everyone i see will hear about your company horrible service and customer care, every rating will be negative 5.
