I wish communication had been better. I had no idea how long it was going to take and every time I spoke to them, they’d give me new estimated completion date and then it would inevitably get pushed back. I would have rather they were honest and upfront about how long it could possibly take so that I didn’t keep getting my hopes up.

So far so good. Chris was great. He helped me with the insurance problems and explained everything to me. The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant. Hopefully I won’t have to use caliber again. If I do I will for sure use this one just because the excellent customer service.
