They did good body work but we were concerned about the radiator not being fixed since it was leaking when it was first towed there. Also, vehicle was there over a month for repairs.

This was a great place to have my car repaired. I had no problems scheduling, coming in for inspection/estimate, & leaving my car to be repaired. I appreciate the friendly, professional atmosphere. The only bump was that I would have liked to have the estimate explained to me. I had to ask the Manager a week afterwards. Also, I would have liked to be contacted at least on a weekly basis as to the progress of my car. I was the one calling for an update even though there are text messages sent. The messages don’t provide a somewhat detailed update just that you are thanked for choosing Caliber Collision & that your car is in stages of completion. The repair & paint job were excellent,. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision.

Caliber collision was great to work with. I was the claimant on a progressive claim and progressive was terrible to work with but Erik was wonderful to work with and helped make the whole process of dealing with progressive easier
