Start to (still not) finish…a poor experience. What should have taken 2 weeks (being generous) took 7. Had we taken a car rental, the total cost would have doubled. Service rep was difficult to communicate with through the numerous excuses and delays. When we got it back, the coolant cap was barely threaded with quick evaporation of most of the coolant, and the passenger front door window will not go all the way down. We’re in the 8th week waiting to hear from Erik Benton about that. I will never use Caliber Collision again, even if it means changing insurance companies.

Radiator was repaired and coolant was less than a 50/50 mix, protecting my car to only -2 degrees. We had temps to 4 degrees. Coolant reservoir was empty. I had to address this myself before the cold front hit.
