The crew at Caliber Collision did a fantastic job at keeping me updated throughout the process of my car repairs. They did a great job, the back end of my vehicle looks better than new. I was also very pleased to see they had spent some time detailing/cleaning the inside of my vehicle which is awesome, because my car needed it! Manager raised his voice at me, rudely interrupted multiple times and was condescending to me (on a recorded call) when I asked why they didn't fix my weak brakes which played a factor in my accident
