My front bumper still falls off the bracket even though brought up 3 times. Headlights still scratched on the side, and the hood isn’t aligned. Can put a finger gap between my hood and fender. Then kept getting told it’s ready and then days later it’s not. Wouldn’t take my car here again if it broke down outside their driveway. Second time here where something is either not put on right or whatever. At least the last manager years ago tried to fix it.

I took in my 2014 BMW to get its front bumper repaired and some damages underneath my car.. Michelle the receptionist was very professional and sweet. She offered me refreshments while I waited to be seen and small conversation. She was very pleasant. Joey, is the gentleman that assisted me with my car repairs. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about the details that was going to go into repairing my car. I say courteous because he explained to me in a way that I would understand versus just straight mechanic talk. I took my car in on a Thursday and it was rest by the following week. So the work was done in a timely manner. My car looked pretty much brand new when I picked it up. The only issue I do have is that when I dropped my car off I didn’t have any warning signs that came on but when I picked my car up I now have a malfunction fog light error. I took it back for them to look at it. It seemed to be fixed however yet again it has the same error and my fog lights are not working. I’m hoping they figure out the issue because this is not cool.

The whole process went by extremely smoothly. Angel and his team were very understanding, quick, and even went out of the way to support me when I didn’t have a rental car. I hope I don’t have to see them again, but in the event that I need to get my car fixed, I would definitely go through caliber collision in Ontario and I would even recommend them to others
