We picked up the mini Saturday morning just after Caliber Collision opened. This time was the only opportunity we had as we were heading out of town. We immediately drove the Mini home then headed out of town in our other vehicle. Upon taking time to inspect and assess the repairs done to the Mini we discovered problems. Just the most apparent: Panels gaps don't match Rear hatch is offset We hope to go over the repairs and assessment in more detail, with Angel, upon it's return to Caliber Collision.

I completely appreciate how honest and upfront Joey was with looking over everything. I also appreciated the thorough explanation he provided. He is very knowledgeable about the exact location of sensors, clips, etc on the Camry. More of what I appreciated was the updates and call for approval. Michelle, at the front desk, was also very charming.

I have had issues with this location several times before. Last time I had to get a district manager involved as this current time as well-

My fender was damaged while there, told Corey that was not there he denied taking accountability had to go look at pictures then came back telling me it was from the tree sap damaging my paint on fender. After picking up my vehicle over the weekend I looked at my truck bed rack and saw that it was shifted from the accident. It was never even inspected for damage. The shift is noticeable when looking at the bed rack. If this is the case then how secure am I of what inspections were done to my truck. Requesting to have Janna district manager involved with this issues. I will take my truck to her location. As well as Caliber will provide me with a rental car while vehicle is repaired and inspected properly!!!
