I think they did a great job. Has an insurance agent of 26 years I have dealt with a lot of bodies shops and Caliber was one of the easiest to use. They kept me updated through the whole process and kept true to their time frame.

The team at Caliber made this process easy and kept me informed with updates at each stage. They also under promised and over delivered! My truck was done a week and a half earlier than expected. I was even able to leave my rental there and they returned it to Enterprise. This is the 3rd time I’ve had a vehicle there because somebody hit me and it’s consistently a smooth process. All very good. Took a long time and person who makes the drop off appointment should have told me to get a full tank of gas before I dropped off the car as I had to leave Caliber to do that and then come back

Shay was absolutely the best! From my first contact with her and you all she was very cordial, professional and always took time to answer my questions. Her regular update notes were really appreciated- nice to see that repairs were moving along. And the finished work was just great- it looks wonderful.
