From start to finish, my experience was nothing but exceptional! My appointment was made in a timely manner and appreciated the fact you partner with Enterprise which made renting a car extremely easy. One of the Mechanics, Cody drove me to Enterprise to pick up my rental after I dropped my car off and he was very polite and courteous. I was assigned a customer care representative, Shay who not only kept me informed of the status of my vehicle, but she has a great attitude and her team was able to complete the work on my car sooner than expected. My car looked brand new and appreciated the fact they washed the exterior and vacuumed the interior. Caliber made the whole process stress-free and would highly recommend them.
