One thing, in my initial call with Caliber to set up my appointment, an appointment was made by the head office. Later that same day, I was contacted by the local place who was to work on my car and they said they wouldn't be able to get me in for another week. They had already made calls to another Caliber place in my area and we were able to work it out to get my car in and get it done. Both of the local places were fantastic and really made things easy for me.
