Overall the repair was good. They told me that they put a claim in for the windshield and come to find out the insurance company never had one.

Jake seemed to be standoffish and didn't seem like he didn't want to deal with it. I told him about a crack in my windshield and he immediately replied it was a rock chip or something else no way was it from the accident, but he was going to try to get it put thru. After talking to my insurance company the claim was never put in. At this point I don't know what to think.
