My experience with caliber was a 10 out of a 10! From the time I dropped off my car, I believe the parts were ordered and already arrived within just a couple days. I received many updates throughout the week. They got my car back to me very quick. Julie was super helpful with getting me set up with rental vehicle.

There were two lower valance panels that were left off because bull bar mounts went in that area. When it was returned i modified the panels to make them fit and the bars pass through them. That is how the car was when damaged I was disappointed that it wasn’t back to how it was before the accident.

My jeep looked brand new, I was actually shocked. When I went to pick up the check engine light was on. They looked at it right away and fixed it, but on my way home my Jeep’s engine was misfiring. They contacted me right away saying they’ll send it to the service department. They did a full look over with multiple technicians to make sure the car was good to drive. Must have been a fluke because my jeep has been working fine since pick up. Everyone was very friendly and quick with responses. I would recommend this company.
