Communication was great! Repair turned out amazing, pricing was reasonable.the only small issue I have is the carwise update. Instead of "started and completed", I wish there was more detail on the process. I would recommend caliber Collision to anyone looking for an auto body repair shop.

I need to be honest—I’m extremely frustrated at this point. My truck is still shaking violently, the check engine light is flashing, and the traction control lights are still on. None of the original issues appear to have been fixed. I was told the truck was sent to GMC and that it was ready, but this is now the second time I’ve picked it up and the same major problems are still happening. It’s been in your shop for a month, and I’ve had to take it home only because I no longer have a rental vehicle. I would have expected the vehicle to be properly checked and verified before being marked as ready for pickup. Right now, it feels like that didn’t happen at all. I need a clear explanation of what’s actually been done, and more importantly, I need this fixed properly.

My only place of dissatisfaction is that the window seal was not put back on and it was just left in the back seat. The screws were also not put back in the door so we did have to go to kitz and pfiel and find screws to put it back in. Otherwise I appreciate the line of communication while you had my vehicle. Overall I am satisfied with the work.

My only complaint is the window seal on the driver door was not put back on. They just left it sitting in the back seat. The screws were also not left in the vehicle so I had to go to kitz and pfiel to find replacements and put it back on.
