The gal at the front desk is a wonderful person, the technicians that are in the shop did a great job ,, the people in between need some work,, just be honest when dealing with customers,, if a customer calls on Friday to confirm a Monday drop off don’t tell them you have all the parts and are ready to go when you don’t, my truck sat for 2 days and you didn’t have all the parts, a week later you texted me saying the door that came in was bad and you needed to order a replacement, then you text saying it’s ready for paint and it’s still not ready 4 days later,,, the day I stop in to pick up my truck you tell me it’s not ready that you’re waiting on a small part when two hours earlier I was told it just needed to be cleaned up and washed,,, “ it seems the catch all for you is “waiting on a part “ honesty goes a long way when things aren’t going as you had planned,, ie. 5 day fix turns into 21 days,,,, I’m not sure what you are paying that gal at the front desk but I’m sure it’s not enough with all the fires she’s putting out that are created by the employees between her and the shop technicians ,,, I’m happy with the end result but not on how we got there

The front desk gal was wonderful, the technicians who did the work did a great job,, the folks in between them , not so much,,,, lots of misinformation , I called the Friday before drop off and I was told we were good to go,, truck sat outside for 2 days,,, week later “bad part “ you said on that Friday you had all the parts and were good to go ,, you didn’t know the door was to rusted to use ?????? Pretty sure you didn’t have the parts to start when you said you did,,,, “ waiting on a part “ seems to be the catch all, even when I was told it was done and just needed to be washed and the paperwork completed, I showed up 3 hrs later and the truck wasn’t ready the manager said “waiting on a small part 😂” the truck was done but still needed to be washed 3 hours later

I am extremely happy with the work that these employees put forth during the Christmas and holiday season... I am very grateful and happy with the quality of care and workmanship. There was a gentleman in particular, I do not have the information in front of me but it was the gentleman from the Oshkosh location who is there painter... The paint job is incredible.. thank you very much for everything

Great job, loved the surprise cleaning of my car at end. Only suggestion would be to try to give a better idea of when a customer’s vehicle may be ready to be picked up. Many insurance companies don’t include rentals, and for some of the repairs that take longer, rentals can become quite expensive.

After I was told my truck was ready to go. I come in and I had a couple different body lines not line up including a headlight and bumper. They ended up fixing the bumper after I asked them to redo it. I asked for the headlight to be redone and fixed and They said they did but when I came back for the 3rd time to pick it up it was not repaired and I just took it so I could go somewhere else to get it fixed.
