The staff was very professional and courteous and were willing to answer any questions. Updates were provided at least once a week so we aware of progress being made. We were provided a detailed list of the repairs completed and the car looked like nothing had happened.

The only problem was the mechanic you partner with thank god my gut said to get a second opinion The mechanic you used was wrong and there was misalignment and is being fixed by another mechanic paid by progressive insurance

Lots of work was necessary on this repair and I’m blown away at the speed and quality of work at completion. Went through the work order and am pleasantly surprised with the amount of original parts used for my vehicle. I was expecting 25/75 of OEM/AM but it was closer to 66/33 upon a quick review of the work up. My only “complaint” is that I messed up and didn’t ask for a specific colored emblem to be replaced with the grill.
