We recently had our 2020 4-Runner in for an electrical issue where the wire harness had been chewed through by a squirrel, I have video of it hopping out from under the hood while we investigated the damage! It was trashed! We took our vehicle to the dealership and were told it was at least a 2-4 week wait on just parts! Caliber Collision completed the repair in less than a week and our vehicle was restored to original condition! And delivered to us in record time washed and detailed! We are so grateful for the expertise, precision and professionalism from the service team and staff! Thank You!

Caliber did an amazing job on the body work for my repair, the only issue is that they did not catch a bad wheel bearing from the accident and I had to have it repaired a separate time at a different facility. Otherwise the experience was fantastic, the staff were amazing and helpful, especially Caleb and the woman at the front desk.

The decals were put on incorrectly on both sides of my truck. One is bubbly and one is completely crooked! Also there is a scratch in the paint in my bumper paint that wasn’t there when I brought my truck i to be repaired. I was told my windshield would be replaced and it wasn’t. I had awful service. I was asked to pay for the repairs of my truck over the phone before even seeing my truck. Upon arriving I seen the damage and bad service done to my truck which caliber already knew they had done to my truck yet they did not disclose to me when they asked me to pay over the phone! They never called to tell me that they didn’t replace my windshield, I had to have safelight come to my home days later to replace my windshield. My entire experience with caliber was awful!!! I still have to deal with them because of the damaged tailgate that they did and the incorrectly placed decals that they put on my truck!! They were paid for a job that they did a really bad job at !!!
