I would recommend you to someone who wants to be "handled." Drop the call off, and you just do everything without questions, then return a completed car.

I’m very happy to have my car back, and the work itself looks very good. I'm very impressed and happy with the quality. I wasn’t upset about the delay from the ETA because I wanted quality over speed.

The reason for my low score is the communication throughout the process. I own the vehicle, paid for it, and pay for the insurance policy covering the repair. While I understand that the insurance company handled most of the payment, I had requested a copy of the estimates and did not receive it until I called and the office sent it to me. When reviewing the first quote, I had several questions and called to discuss them. Unfortunately, the responses I received were not very welcoming, which ultimately discouraged me from asking further questions. This was frustrating, especially since I have worked in the automotive aftermarket for 11 years and was simply seeking clarity about the work being performed on my vehicle. The final answer, during the call, was that this was not the “final” estimate but only an estimate for the insurance. I then asked for a copy of the final estimate when it was done. I did not receive the updated estimate until the vehicle was ready for pickup. The person in the office was extremely helpful.

The whole process was not a great experience. I was suppose to get weekly updates and progress status but rarely received them. I would have to call and for out what the status was. very frustrating when I am with out a car and can't plan.
