Without doubt, the best experience I have ever had with any type of automotive repair. When you throw in that it was an accident caused by someone else my stress levels went through the roof and this company insured that everything would be taken care of and everything was. The communication was perfect, timely and to the point, which was surprisingly pleasant.

This facility opened one month before I showed up. Went there on a whim (I drive the area a lot. It’s near my workout facility), couldn’t be happier I made that unexpected detour to obtain a quote.

This facility was incredible to work with. My 2020 Jeep Wrangler sustained Hail damage on the high plains in July 2023. Caliber Collision estimated it, gave me a quick calendar for repairs, and finished their work two days early. Craig, my estimator, was great. All other staff were very prompt and courteous. If you want a body shop where you can talk to a person, this is the place. My only minor issue wasn’t Caliber’s, but rather my replacement hood. It is ever so slightly out of alignment, but that is the part (hood), not Caliber. I am a perfectionist - no one else would see this minor deviation.
