Work done was great. Communication on completion was lacking a bit. I asked about it Friday, was told should be done Saturday by about 10 and never heard back a status. Fortunately, I was able to get someone on the phone before the noon closing so I could have my car back for the remainder of the weekend.

There were paint blobs on the roof, but the estimator said they were tree sap, and they buffed them. Also, the name plates were not installed per the template; they look odd. It's frustrating with these kinds of issues when the repair bill is around 14K.

staff were great - just some glitches with understanding actual date of repair completion.

first of all, I would like to say that all the people I met were just absolutely wonderful. I couldn’t have been treated any nicer and oh my goodness my car look like it was brand new in the front where it had been damaged. I am just so elated with everything. The people the job this place that I took my car was the best experience I have ever had any place thank you caliber collision.
