The work was great; the process was painful and frustrating as the company failed to follow their own processes for approving repairs- resulting in a two-week delay before Caliber even ordered the parts for our car. If you send me an email asking for approval and I sign the document and email it back, someone should read actually read that email and start the repairs. Our car sat at the shop for two weeks with no work, no parts ordered before anyone decided to call me to ask again for the approval. When confronted with the email approval provided two weeks earlier, they told me the email never got read. Do better. Ridiculous.
