I was not satisfied with my repair experience at Caliber Collision. Communication throughout the process was extremely poor. When I was initially told my vehicle would be ready I reviewed the invoice and the windshield replacement had not been completed as planned. After receiving no updates for approximately a week, I contacted the shop myself and was then informed that the glass had been ordered incorrectly, causing additional delays. When I finally picked up my vehicle, I discovered that a trim piece around the windshield was not properly secured because a retaining clip had been broken during installation. This issue was not disclosed to me at pickup, and I now have to take additional time out of my schedule to return and have it corrected. Unfortunately, the communication problems were not limited to my vehicle. My husband’s truck was also being repaired for hail damage at the same time. We had clearly communicated that the truck’s bed cover was not being replaced as part of the repair. Despite this, I received an update stating that the repair was delayed because the shop was waiting for a new bed cover from the manufacturer. This demonstrated a significant lack of communication and organization within the repair process. I discussed my concerns multiple times with both staff and the General Manager. Unfortunately, I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously, nor did I receive any meaningful acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused by the delays, misinformation, and quality control issues. Based on this experience, I would not return to this location for future repairs and would not recommend it to others.

Excellent service from the front office to the shop. Very professional. Made me feel at ease about the situation I found myself on with my vehicle. I would not hesitate to use Caliber Collision in the future.

Fine with the amount of time the repair took. But the updates suggested it would be done and then those times changed several times. Had to keep rescheduling a ride. Perhaps changing the update notification wording away from "estimated completion date" would be helpful.

There was no communication on status of repair. I had to keep calling and every time I called they have day worth of work left which extended to a week without communication
