The driver side hood corner by the windshield does not match up with the rest of the body of the car. There is a plastic piece sticking out of the crease and the spacing does not match the passenger side. Also, I am pretty sure there was crumb trim on the roof, which is now been replaced by black rubber. I tried calling right after I picked it up to discuss this and they were closed. My phone call was forwarded to an answering service who said they could not relay a message or document my concern.

Greetings, I would say my time with CC was ran smoothly, we worked through Anthony and he kept us updated as needed. My only complaint was when I went to go pick my vehicle up on Monday when I was told it would be ready, they asked if I could come back and 45 minutes so they could wash my vehicle, I said sure. I returned 1 hour later and my truck still wasn’t ready, so that was a bit confusing being told that all they needed to do was wash it and somehow they couldn’t do that in 1 hour? Anyhow the lady working the front desk politely finished up my paperwork and gave it to me and stated that my truck should be ready in 10 minutes. I then proceeded to wait another 45 minutes in the lobby until my truck was actually ready, THEN a tech came in and stated they were “finishing it up” and it should be done in 10 minutes, another 20 minutes passes by and then it was FINALLY pulling out of the shop
