The front office staff are completely customer focused, friendly, knowledgeable and to the point. Spencer kept me informed every step of the process and repairs that were not caught on photos. Exceptional organization in this location.

This shop is wonderful to work with from the front office to the service area. Staff is customer focused, knowledgeable and very efficient. Spencer who did the work or oversaw the work, kept me advised of progress and if anything else was needed than on the original assessment. The car was finished when they said it would be and not only looked excellent, the car had been cleaned outside and inside. Highly recommend them for any people looking for repairs work.

I would prefer to have a survey six months after the repair. 48 hours is too soon to fill a survey out with the exception of how the staff treated me.

Seems to have done the repairs very well. Still trialing out the sensors to see if they are working properly, but everything else seems to be fine.

Backup camera doesn’t work the same way as the way when I gave the car for repairs. Camera was not replaced but just removed and reinstalled. Don’t know why view has changed. Your collision center could not fix it. Not happy with the workmanship.

The workmanship was average. There was a delay in completing the work. The delay is not the issue but there was no communicationis the issue. Overall very poor communication and no customer focus.
