The car repair was not done properly. I showed the problem to one store person when I picked it and he said that he will get back to me but so far no one has contacted me. I got my few cars repaired here in the past when it was car star but this time it was very very poor service. It seems they just did some small repair here and there and painted the car. Its clearly visible that no genuine repair was done and it was charged almost $2300+.

When I first got the quote from my insurance company I was worried about the quality of parts that would be used to repair my truck. When I picked up my truck it was all OEM parts and quality. Spencer and the Caliber team went above and beyond to inspect further damaged parts that were not seen by the insurance adjuster. Insurance quoted $2,441 to repair the truck. The final bill from Caliber was $7,543. They thoroughly went over the truck and fixed anything that was damaged after I hit a deer with my pick up. I would recommend the Stilwell location to anyone in need of collision repair. Thank you guys! Very satisfied and happy to have my truck back.
