After being notified the repairs were complete, we picked up the car only to find not all repairs were made. We returned the car the following week and we’re told it would take two days. On day three, since I hadn’t heard from anyone, I called and I was told they were waiting for a part that wouldn’t be in until Monday the following week. Picked up the vehicle again and returned it Sunday night, end of day Monday I called to check on it, did not have the part yet, but was told it would picked up in the morning and installed and car washed up ready to go by 10am. He said he’d call to let me know when it was ready. I called at 3:30, and was told they were just finishing up 15-20 minutes and it’ll be ready. 4:05 arrive to pick up car, not ready. This is my teenagers car, so a rental car would not have worked. During the initial estimated 7-8 business days she arranged rides to everywhere she needed to be, but the lack of communication and missed timelines once we had to bring the car back since it was not properly repaired the first time resulted in several inconveniences. This did however help drive the message home to be careful driving so you don’t have to have your car repaired again. We are happy with the final product just disappointed it wasn’t repaired correctly the first time.

Tried to return car unfinished. Had to bring back twice to finally get repairs complete. Completed work is fine, but should have been done correctly the first time.

Did a great job fixing my car. I cannot even tell it was in a collision. The staff mad me feel like I was family, Additionally they kept me updated through the entire process. This is exactly what I was looking for and glad I chose Caliber

Everything went smoothly. I put in a request for some minor touch ups done. I would have preferred direct calls to me to get an expedited answer to proceed. Instead , I didn’t get response back to an email or text in time to fit the repair sequence, and I missed my opportunity to repair the small dings.
