The work with that was done was outstanding. However, there’s a piece of leatherette that wraps the bottom half of the parking brake for some reason it is almost completely off. I plan on stopping at the shop to see what can be done. I’ll hold off on my public review until after I visited your shop.

The work done on my car was outstanding. I picked up the car. It was very clean and I did not feel any overspray on the car which has happened to me several times in the past with other collision centers. I did have one issue - on my parking brake there is a small piece of leather at that has come detached from the brake handle.

Not necessary to call. The time my car was out went from two to three weeks and it was only a small bumper repair. Rep already explained the reason it happened. Aside from that, all people at Caliber were good to work with and satisfied on that front.
