One main problem I had with this company. I've called several times and couldn't get through. It went into voicemail. I couldn't leave a message because it was full.. My second concern. I was texted a estimate date when my car should be finished. But, not an estimate time for pickup. That was very frustrating to me. Trying to adjust my work schedule so I'll be available to retrieve my car during business hours for there and for the return of the rental car. Needles to say I received a phone call around 10:30 this morning on the estimated date. Stating my car was ready for pickup. For someone who've been in this business for a certain amount of time should be able to give a guesstimation on a available time for pickup. This was very displeasing.
