The passenger side front bumper is not snapped in all the way. It will not stay in place.

This is probably my third or fourth time bringing my vehicle there I am beyond happy with this company your customer service and your workmanship. Everything is always exceptional. I have no complaints. the one time I did have an issue with my headlight. I immediately brought it back and the employee fixed it right then in there and that is just above and beyond customer service for me I will always recommend you and continue having you all service my vehicle if an issue ever arises. Your team is professional, genuine, kind, and an absolute pleasure to work with!!

They had my car for a week and a half and still couldn't fix the outside mirror although the paint job they did looked good. I was told they had been thru 4 mirrors because each one broke while they tried to install it. That seems like someone doesn't know what they're doing. So, I picked up the car (with a broken mirror still) as I was going on vacation and didn't want it just sitting there. Now, I have to take it back tomorrow for them to try and fix the mirror again. Frustrating and time consuming for me so that's not making me happy! However, I will say that everyone, from the receptionist to the estimator to the mechanics have all been very pleasant to work with! They keep me informed of what is going on.

They did an amazing job. They were prompt and kept me updated on the repair , the vehicle looks amazing and they must have buffed the scratches off of the door that did not need repair as well because my vehicle looks new! Oh they even cleaned and vacuumed the interior! They are also very pleasant to work with, simply nice individuals.
