Final product looks good. Battery cables were not attached securely and car wouldn’t start after I got home. Time went from 3 days to 3 weeks but not entirely the shops fault as a ordered part arrived damaged and they had to wait for another.

Really disappointed. My car was there for 3 months. It sat for more than two weeks past the start date before work was started. All the parts that were needed to fix the car were not ordered at the same time so this caused a delay in progress. Car was torn apart ready for paint when I pulled my kids car seats out and it wasn’t touched for a week. Then took 3 longer than I was told it would to put it back together

The Customer Service was OUTSTANDING!! Great people and always communicating. Unfortunately, the length of time took forever. And it cost me over $268 extra to ride the bus into work and pay people to drop me off and pick me up from the park in ride for 17 days.

I will never return to or recommend anyone to use this location. Extremely unprofessional and my car was not finished and had to be left extra days after I was told it was done. The stuff that was fixed had to be reordered bc it wasn’t on my car properly.

Everyone was always polite and friendly when I called or stopped by to ask about my car. I was kept updated on the progress of my car. I also appreciated that I could leave the rental car with Caliber Collision it would be returned. Thank you, my car looks great!

I don’t think the delay is unique to caliber. I have talked to others and it seems body work in general is taking a while. Don’t know if the recruitment pool is limited.
