The people who called me were very nice but the fact that I was told my car was in assembly on a Wednesday and ready to be picked up Thursday but I had to wait until the next Monday at 5 to pick up my car was frustrating. It sounds like the people kept breaking parts and having to reorder them so I had to wait almost 2 weeks for my car to be finished instead of the 5 days on the original estimate. I understand the supplement process but it sounded like there were supplements because the workers kept breaking pieces not because there was actually something wrong. Once issues came up I had to call myself to get an update. Nobody called me to inform me that my car was going to be late.
