Five-star service all the way around. The estimated completion date was fairly accurate but they were able to work with me to get a date that fit my schedule and finished a day early. The staff is very friendly and welcoming to calls for updates, but it is not entirely necessary since they provide regular updates throughout the process; where the vehicle was in the process, the next step, anticipated delays, etc. They even have a rental "shuttle" for the rental car agency located nearby. I just picked up the vehcicle today and I am not anticipating any issues, but the car appears to be very well cared for, to include a post-job cleaning/wash. As of now, I would definitely recommend Calober Collision of Owings.
