The crew at the Pea Ridge shop are great. Brad was great , the ladies at the desk were great. The repairs to my vehicle no complaints at all, minus a few hiccups on a few parts but the shop is taking care of it. Great team.

I want to provide honest and constructive feedback regarding my experience. For context, I have previously worked as an autobody technician at this same company, so my expectations for quality and attention to detail are informed by firsthand experience. Upon the first pickup of the vehicle, several issues were immediately noticeable. The plastic door moldings were not fitted properly and were visibly sticking out. This was disappointing to see, as it’s a basic fit-and-finish item that should be caught before delivery. There was prior damage to the dog leg of the quarter panel and the quarter panel itself. One door was replaced and the other repaired. After opening the repaired door, I noticed a dent below the striker that was not present before the repair. Additionally, the quality of the bodywork in the dog leg area did not meet expectations. The rear passenger door that was replaced did not shut properly, which was a significant concern. On top of that, the body plug covering the bolt access for the rear door handle was missing and remains missing. I also noticed that seam sealer was missing on part of the replaced door. It is worth noting that the shop did correct their mistakes, and I am pleased with the results after the second pickup. However, there are still minor quality issues that should not have made it through initial delivery. Overall, the experience was okay. The issues were ultimately addressed, but the number of initial quality oversights was disappointing, especially considering the standards the company is capable of meeting.

The management and the service writers were very understanding and 100% willing to work with us. Received frequent text updates regarding my vehicles repair. However, after the first delivery I did not receive any updates regarding my vehicle.
