This was our second time using Caliber Collision. The first time was at the Oceanside location years ago and we were very happy. The Pace location exceeded our expectations and we are thrilled with the results.

Excellent. I loved that we could make an appointment online through our insurance company and that we had an appointment the next day. I lobby was very welcoming offering coffee, water and popcorn. Bradley was very thorough throughout the process sending us text updates and walking us through the repairs when we went to pick up our car.

The repaired damage looks good. Paint work looks good. Was not very happy they replaced one headlight but not the other. Now looking at the front of the car they don't match one looks older than the other. Also they replaced my windshield washer tank but did not put any fluid in it. Also curious as to why a quarter tank of gas was gone. It takes a lot of miles or a long time runnng to use that much gas. The lady who went over the damage on my car when I first arrived was a little less than friendly. Came off as knowing everything and didn't really listen to what I had to say. The lady at the desk was great very nice. The lady who checked me out at the end and gave me the keys was very nice. Overall fairly happy with the experience.
