Communication is a big issue i was never upated i had to call them repeatedly to find out what was going on with my jeep then they contacted my insurance adjuster and told them i was being a nuisance. And calling repeatedly.and not let them do their jobs eye contacted my claim adjuster through my insurance. And they told me this and I told him what was going on. They told me to talk to the shop manager which was not gonna work because the shop manager was the person I was dealing with about my car who never called me. Updated me or anything? The only update I ever got about my car was it was on track. Not where my car was in the process.What was being done to it an estimate on repairs?Nothing lucky I don't rate lower.Cause the work on the car is nice but no, my car is back in my hands. When we picked it up, we noticed one of the trim pieces wouldn't stay in place. They put an aftermarket part on my car and told me. I have to bring it back when they get a different part in so they can replace it. They're out there. Beating on my car trying to get it to sit in place. Because they don't have the tool for it. I don't. Think that's right

There's only one person in that shop that I was actually pleasant to talk to I heard he was Rhonda.She wanted the front desk.She was always sweet, always kind everyone else.I dealt within a shop not so much but I'll fake smile.S trying to tell you what you wanna hear when they're not actually meaning anything
