Everyone was very professional and friendly. Rhonda at the front desk was very nice and prompt. Eleni was very thorough in her explanations and professional. She was very proactive in ensuring that there were hiccups with USAA adjustor, when the parts were delayed a bit she was prompt in getting the rental car extended. I appreciate clear communication and Eleni delivered.

It took 2 1/2 weeks to replace a headlight & plastic bumper. No metal bodywork! Broken headlight parts apparently arrived & had to be reordered to cause a delay. A broken fender well was somehow missed during assessment until time to install parts. Which delayed even further because had to be ordered. What should have taken a few days according to estimates turned into a long wait.
