Overall they did a really good job it's just minor things that were missed and one of the major things was the alignment

Dave Lyon was top notch , this was my first encounter with dealing with an accident and he explained the whole process of what Caliber would do . He also went above and beyond by helping me with the rental car company that was supposed to be in place to pick me up but were not. He communicated regularly on the status of my vehicle so I was always informed of progress. The workmanship when I picked up my vehicle was amazing . Dave Lyons customer service and quality work really stood out and I would definitely recommend Caliber to others .

A huge bolt from under the back number was stripped. I found stripped bolt in my yard.
