Completely happy with every part of the process. It started with Bradley unlocking the door for me first thing in the morning the first day. I got an update everyday. Brad answered my calls every time I called; I never had to leave a message. My wife was very thankful and impressed with how smoothly the repair was handled.

My accident history fortunately is very brief. In the past having to get three estimates - etc.Thanks to the union of USAA and Caliber Collision, the process of getting my car fixed was almost "enjoyable". The administrative side was run by knowledgable efficient women who were thorough in collecting data and kept me informed along the way. The technicians who did the repairs were outstanding - the car has never looked so good. Am I happy with their service - I guess I could say yes.
