Additionally, the front desk personnel assisted me in setting up a rental car. I had a VERY positive experience with Caliber Collision. As soon as I walked in and was greeted with Rhonda, I knew it was going to be a great experience. She went out of her way to go above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Dave who fixed the truck was absolutely amazing. He called me and updated me like he said he would, and had my truck ready to go 2 weeks earlier than it was scheduled to be. They made a not so great situation, a wonderful experience. They both deserve a raise. Thank you Caliber Collision!
