The whole team has it together unfortunately this would be the third time in my life that I've had to use a collision repair business and I have to say this is the only place I'll ever use again. I'm over the top happy with their work, my Honda was finished 2 weeks ahead of schedule. That's two weeks of not having to figure out how we're going to get around. Can't say enough about this place. Keep up the good work!

Unfortunately I've had to use collision repair services three times in my life, this is the only place I've ever used that tells it to you straight right out the gate and they keep you updated constantly , my truck was finished two weeks in early! Courtney was EXCEPTIONAL to work with! I worked in auto insurance claim handling for several years, so I have more experience with the shops than the average customer. She was so attentive to detail, very organized, explained what to expect with the repairs, and kept me up to date everyday. I have never worked with someone as organized and hard working as Courtney! The quality of the job was excellent too! They did a great job matching the new paint to the aged paint on the rest of the vehicle. If someone weren’t looking very closely, they’d never know that this car had repair work done. Expert job!! While I hope to not need collision work done on my cars in the future, if I do, I will certainly be coming back to Caliber Collision!

I am satisfied with the quality of the paint and body repair. I was very surprised that I was informed the day prior to picking the truck up that they were missing a key cosmetic piece for the fender molding. On top of that they installed the incorrect load range and aspect ratio tire. They installed a 275/60R20 standard load range (2679 lbs) and it should have 275/65R20 Load Range E (3750 lbs). I tow a 18K 5th wheel and this could have lead to a catastrophic blow out during travel due to being over weight.
