Lots of ripples in the paint and bubbles wish I would have looked closely but my eye sight isn't the best. But it is what it is I wouldn't recommend you to anyone in the future.

Honestly, I wasn't really expecting such a pleasant experience having to get my vehicle repaired. Before I brought my vehicle to calliber collision, just thinking about the damage to my car door put me in a bad mood. When I dropped it off, I entered the business and noticed it was a very clean, welcoming, and comfortable space. I was greeted and helped immediately. The staff was friendly and professional. A gentlemen came outside with me and did a walk around of my vehicle. He explained everything that would be done in a manor I could understand. When I left my vehicle there, I felt it was in the best hands possible. No more bad mood! Over the next couple days, I recieved messages letting me know every step of the process as it was being done. I liked that! Before I knew it, I got the call to pick up my car. Again, I entered and was greeted and helped immediately dispite being 20 min. Later than I planned to arrive. There were two very nice ladies that took care of everything and also explained everything to me. All I had to do was give a signature and I was back on the road! My vehicle looks better than perfect! I couldn't be more satisfied! The two ladies, forgive me I am bad with names; were outstanding! The gentleman also! They handled everything! This was the best customer service I have ever had at any business since I moved to Florida a year and a half ago! I had a very pleasant experience with the pace location. I think Brad was in with the gentleman that helped me and he was awesome. He kept me in the loop giving me update and always explained things to where I understood perfectly. He was super nice and knowledgeable. I 100% felt like he truly cared about the customers experience with your company.

The advisor, Courtney, communicated well throughout the process. The GM of the store, sorry I forget her name, even came all the way out to my house upon realizing the tech forgot to put the license plate back on my new bumper. I feel bad she had to come all the way to my house from their location, but I very much appreciate her for doing so. The customer service was great.
