The advisor, Courtney, communicated well throughout the process. The GM of the store, sorry I forget her name, even came all the way out to my house upon realizing the tech forgot to put the license plate back on my new bumper. I feel bad she had to come all the way to my house from their location, but I very much appreciate her for doing so. The customer service was great.

Brad and the whole team at Caliber were amazing! I so appreciated Brad’s thoughtfulness and the extra work he put in to get me back in my vehicle as soon as possible. Phenomenal customer service in a time where that rarely happens…truly grateful to the team at Caliber!

This is the second time I have used Caliber Collision and both times were great experiences. Brad was very knowledgeable and explained everything that would be done for the repair. I would get text to keep me updated on the progress of the repair. Rhonda was very pleasant and friendly and made me feel very comfortable while I was there. She took care of the rental car to make sure I had a rental and took care of the rental when I picked my car up. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision.

Everyone I came into contact with was very helpful and kind! Brad helped me move my car seat from the rental back to my car which was extremely appreciated. If I ever need any help in the future I will bring my car back to caliber

My car looks outstanding. Like the accident never happened. Brad was communicative the whole time and it only took a weeks time! We always choose Calliber for our car needs. This is the 2nd time in a year we’ve had accidents and both time calliber fixed our cars and both experiences were great.
