10 out of 10. The experience dealing with my auto insurance and dealing with Caliber Collision is night and day. My insurance company rung me through the wringer and the minute I decided to use Caliber Collision and contacted them it was smooth sailing. They handled my difficult insurance company and kept me up to dated once they started on my vehicle I was given daily updates on the progress. Never in all the dealings with a body shop have I had this great of a customer service and respect. I live in East Liverpool Ohio that it’s over 2 hours and as of now this is my go to shop. That’s how much I liked how they treated me and my anxiety, and respect to me and my property. Thanks again you all were great. Also I don’t want to leave out the lady at the front desk. I was extremely happy with my repair to my Nissan. It was done quickly and efficiently. A surprise bonus for me at the end that I wasn't aware of was they cleaned out my car and washed it! Very professional and polite ladies and gentlemen upfront as well.
