The staff is friendly, cares, and their communication is proactive. I’ve never had to reach out to inquire about a status, as they are doing it on their own and I feel in the know throughout the process. Great organization.

My experience with them was amazing. They constantly addressed any concerns I had. They were always so polite and honest every step of the way. They inspected every inch of the parts they got for for my car. They found a few parts defective that they got immediately sent them back. They found a chip in my windshield and sent that one back immediately and ordered a new one. The paint job and front grill work they fixed looks brand new now! I would highly recommend them. From there amazing customer service to there servicing of fixing my car. There attention to details. There just amazing!

Caliber Collision went above and beyond my expectations of a repair shop. Al kept me informed about my car with 1-2 phone calls each week and He worked tirelessly to get the needed parts to finish my repair. Upon taking up my vehicle, I found that it was polished on the outside and fully detailed on the inside.I cannot praise Calliber Collision enough. Thank you to the entire staff.

Exceeded expectations! They fixed what was needed, and they even cleaned both the inside and outside, sure didn't expect that. Yea, perhaps a quick car wash, but it was detailed! Everything was finished within two days, very please!
