Your place of business radiates with customer care and kindness mingled with professionalism. My van was broadsided by a deer. The repairs are of utmost quality! They made my van look brand new. Plus, they did some extra work I had requested of which I paid out of pocket. They even completed the work ahead of schedule! Each member of your team strove to attend to any needs I had as a customer and answered all my questions and kept me informed during the entire process. I was very impressed with the staff at Caliber and felt cared for as a customer. Jen kept me informed along the way with my repair and my car was returned in much better shape than when I dropped it off in every way! The repair looks great and they even cleaned the interior, which was a very nice surprise at pick up! Thank you for the great service from start to finish!
