I was very surprised that caliber collision I was able to get my car in like the same week that they got the orders from the insurance company. They did a fantastic job and they even delivered the car to my house because I was unable to pick it up

The communication throughout the repairs was excellent, and it was nice to have the text message updates so I always knew the status. When I received the car back, it was thoroughly cleaned (even the dog hair) which was an added bonus! The car looks like a brand new car again! Additionally— everyone at both locations (S. Euclid and Painesville) were extremely friendly and kind. The customer service was top notch.

The process was flawless. They were so kind when I called and said they wouldn’t hold me to a time to drop off. I really appreciated that because we are so busy. They explained everything to my husband when he dropped it off. They sent us texts every day to update us and the car was beautiful when finished. Also, the car was cleaned and spotless which was an extra bonus to me. Thank you all! Will always recommend.
