My experience was much better than I was even expecting. Caliber was the perfect blend of professionalism and down to earth nature I appreciate in a business, and people in general. They were fast, efficient and careful to detail about all repairs. They were extremely communicative throughout the entire process, even when I didn’t ask for it so that I knew every day things were still what I thought they were. I will definitely look for opportunities in the future to use Caliber collision for any applicable needs!

Top notch customer service! From the 1st call with Kelly to all of the interactions with Jeff, I have been in excellent hands. The team understood the situation I was in and did everything they could to get the work done ASAP. They quickly ordered all parts knowing the delays in getting parts currently. Work was done in parallel to ensure my car would be complete as quick as possible. Caliber Collision has a good network so they can support all repairs. Communication was excellent with frequent updates. In the end, they delivered the car as promised. I hope to not be in this position again, but accidents happen and I would highly recommend Caliber Collision for car repairs.
