From what I can tell the work looks like it was done well. The three weeks it took was excessive in my thought.

Communication was very slow in the beginning, I had to keep calling myself for information. Once repairs were done communication stopped outside of automated messages. Also the step on my truck bed was left down and no one told my wife when she picked up the truck.

The girls up front were wonderful and a great blessing to interact with. Always courteous and fun. Whoever, the individuals were who worked on my car did an excellent job. Took care of everything including hidden damage to make sure my car is in tip top shape. I would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone. Thank you so much. I’m so happy to have my own car back.
