The staff kept me informed along the way about the progress on the car. And when they hit a roadblock that could not be handled easily they asked me what I preferred, gave me a choice of two options which I appreciated. It took a month to get the work done but I understand that parts needed to be ordered etc. not all of them were in stock. The car looks very nice and clean when I picked it up today.
