The bumper is partly black and partly painted. The taping-off was poorly executed so there is some paint on the black part from one end to the other. As we are leaving soon for Canada, we’ll likely have to get this corrected in the fall. Also, I don’t know whether the parts were OEM or not. At the time of the estimate I asked and was given the impression they were coming from Subaru, but have my doubts based on how it looks. Above average communication on progress of repair once the shop was ready to start the work.

I’m extremely happy with the results of my Mercedes body damage repairs. The staff at Caliber in Palm Desert was professional and very knowledgeable, in addition to being pleasant to work with. I can’t thank them enough for making this process smooth and stress free. Not to mention they got my car back to me in less than a week!

Tell Crystal and my estimator thank you. Personable and professional. Persons with a handicap hate your parking lot. Trouble finding a parking spot and then struggling with the uneven slanted drive. A warning- it wouldn’t surprise me if a physically challenged person were fall and sue your location. Super bad design.
